Caroline is a Medical Qigong Therapist with 17 years of experience of wellness and health promotions for marginalized populations.  Caroline was gifted a scholarship to train as a medical Qigong practitioner and therapist at the Empty Mountain Institute in Vancouver, BC and in November 2016, Caroline completed her Masters in Medical Qigong.

In addition to working with patients in-clinic, Caroline teaches medical Qigong workshops and classes. Caroline also encourages connecting with the mind, body and spirit through different modalities through yoga, dance, writing and barre.
Caroline is adept in teaching others how to create safe spaces and leads workshops on trauma sensitivity and self care, and is best known for her work as the founder of the Beauty Night Society and co-founder of Qi Day.
