Stacy Wilson

Executive Director

An integral part of the Together We Can Society since 2007, Stacy Wilson was appointed to the role of Executive Director in late 2015.

Stacy accumulated over 20 years of business management experience before joining Together We Can as the Intake Coordinator and Director of Marketing. Stacy attended the University of British Columbia and Vancouver Community College where he studied addiction counselling. Stacy has made it his life’s work to ensure that all who struggle with addiction hear the message of hope and freedom required for lasting change. READ MORE

Courtney Nichols

Registered Clinical Counsellor – MA, RCC

Courtney Nichols obtained a Master’s degree in Art Therapy in 2003 and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in B.C. She is also Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for anxiety disorders with additional specialty training and experience working in the areas of depression, PTSD, OCD & psychosis.

Often suppressed memories can play an integral role in addiction and identifying this through therapy can help unlock traumatic memories to aid in recovery. READ MORE

Dr. Kim Graham,TCM


TWC Staff member Dr. Kim Graham, heads our Acupuncture Program, and is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With eight years of education in Eastern and Western medicine, Dr. Graham is an expert in her field, and has hands-on experience with homelessness, addiction, and mental illness in Vancouver’s DTES and at Harbour Light.

She has been facilitating acupuncture treatments for men in early recovery since 2002, and is an expert at recreating balance and alignment for the processes within the human body. They are often heavily disturbed after periods of substance abuse. READ MORE

Phil Western

Certified Addictions Counsellor

As a member of Together We Can’s clinical team, Phil is responsible for clinical assessment and treatment planning on a case by case basis. He utilizes a client-centered approach that employs advocacy and meeting clients where they are at in an effort to bring them to their own awareness of their potential.

Phil comes to Together We Can having spent many years working as a recording engineer and music composer. After changing direction towards education, Phil worked on completing his counselling certification while simultaneously working towards completion of his degree in Counselling Psychology and raising his daughter. READ MORE

Liam Less

Certified Addictions Counsellor

Liam has worked at Together We Can since 2014. He draws from his personal background in recovery, as well as his comprehensive education, and professional experience, to provide an engaging, dynamic,and therapeutic experience. Liam specializes in Group and Individual Counselling, using a Client-centred Approach to increase client’s self-efficacy and sense of belonging.

Liam is currently due to receive his Addiction Counselling Certification while concurrently working towards his Masters in Clinical Psychology. READ MORE

Marc Dube

Operations Manager – Sobriety Coach

Originally from Coaldale, Alberta, Marc moved to Calgary in 2001 and after earning his journeyman plumbing and gas fitting tickets worked up to running his own small plumbing and gas fitting company.

In 2010 Marc moved to Kamloops with his family (wife, and two beautiful children). While in Kamloops, Marc managed an outside medical clinic for Dr. Conley, while running a home based medical billing company. READ MORE.

Interventionist and Addiction Specialist

Ms.Patricia Pike is a highly trained expert with over 24 years of professional experience. Patricia has conducted hundreds of Interventions with a 92% success rate both in the U.S. and Canada.

Licensed Advanced Alcohol Drug Counsellor (LAADAC),Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor (CAADC II), long standing member of the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation, Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counsellor through the ICRC (I.C.A.D.C) and Board Certified Intervention Professional (CIP/PCB) through the Pennsylvania Certification Board. READ MORE

Steve Bull

Intake Services Manager

Steve is passionate about helping men struggling with addiction to find the help and support they need to recover. He takes this passion with him as he manages the Intakes Services department for the Residential Treatment Program of both TWC and Elevate Life.

Steve and his team act as initial contacts for men, families and union representatives seeking addictions treatment services. With an Operations Management Certificate from BCIT, and a background in customer service, Steve efficiently and effectively facilitates successful treatment stays for our residents. READ MORE

Nathan MacMaster

Intake Services

As a valued member of our intake team, Nathan is often the first point of contact for clients calling Together We Can for help. Nathan ensures that clients and their family’s needs are met, both before & during the clients stay.

A former Western Hockey League stand-out, Nathan was one of the top ice-hockey players in Western Canada throughout his teenage years before his life was de-railed by addiction. Nathan is an alumni of Together We Can, finding many different ways of giving back. READ MORE

Ian Yalloway

Executive Chef

With 28 years of experience as a chef, Ian Yalloway brings his signature talents to Elevate Life. Along with numerous awards and qualifications, Ian has worked preparing food under the study of Michelin Star chefs in 6 different countries.

Ian is a member of the “City and Guilds of London” where he trained under esteemed chef Conrad Gallagher
Ian prides himself on all aspects and stages of food preparation, from hand selecting the freshest market ingredients, designing a diverse and innovative menu and creating nutritious and delicious meals for our clientele. READ MORE

Caroline MacGillivray

Qigong and Yoga Instructor

Caroline is a Medical Qigong Therapist with 17 years of experience of wellness and health promotions for marginalized populations.  Caroline was gifted a scholarship to train as a medical Qigong practitioner and therapist at the Empty Mountain Institute in Vancouver, BC and in November 2016, Caroline completed her Masters in Medical Qigong.

In addition to working with patients in-clinic, Caroline teaches medical Qigong workshops and classes. Caroline also encourages connecting with the mind, body and spirit through different modalities through yoga, dance, writing and barre.

Caroline is adept in teaching others how to create safe spaces and leads workshops on trauma sensitivity and self care, and is best known for her work as the founder of the Beauty Night Society and co-founder of Qi Day.  READ MORE
